一、教材分析

我所讲的这节课是人教版八年级英语第一册 Unit3 I am more

outgoing than my sister 2a-2d 部分。本部分是学生在学习了

1a-1c 后,学生能初步了解形容词的比较级的用法, 能用所学描述事

物的特征和差异。而 2a-2d 主要进一步通过学生的学习巩固比较级

的用法及比较级的构成规律,实现这一目的教材主要通过

的活动来完成,2a



主要是让学生通过听的练习找出那些单词是加



er ,

那些词是在前面加 more, 通过所列的词汇,让学生寻找规律后总结,

2c 和 2d 主要是对比较级的用法的巩固和练习。 形容词的比较级是

学科说明中明确规定的必须掌握的知识, 因此本单元的语法占有非常

重要的地位。谈论个性特征学会使用形容词的比较级比较人的个性特

征是本单元的重点, 掌握比较级的概念和形容词比较级的五种规则变

化是本节课的难点。

二、教学目标:

(一)、知识目标

1.Words and expressions:hard-working competition fantastic which clearly win

Though Both...and,as...as... ,Singing competition.

2.Sentences:

1)Zhao Benshan is funnier than Xiao Shenyang.2)She also sings more loudly than Tara.

2)Miss Li is as beautiful as Miss Wang

3)he most important thing is to learn something new and

have fun.

4)Nelly danced better than Lisa.

(二)、能力目标

1 、学会对比表达,初步培养学生的语言综合运用能力。 2 、掌

握形容词副词比较级的用法。

(三)、情感目标

逐步培养学生的逻辑表达能力, 使学生相互了解,增强人际交往,以形成良好的人际关系。

(四)、 语法难点

形容词副词的比较级用法及构成。

三、教学方法

本堂课教学对象毕节市金海湖新区中路中学八年级 1 班。在教学

的准备环节中, 对学生的学情进行了解是十分重要的, 对这个班级不

了解的情况下,我通过电话与中路中学的老师了解, 得到了一些信息,

中路中学八年级共有 5 个班,期中有 2 个班学生学习情况较好,学

生基础较好,我所授课的八( 1 )是属于另外 3 个班之一,学生学习

的基础较差,学习的积极主动性不强, 但是我认为这种班级的学生思

维能力较快,获取知识的愿望更强,在教学方面要积极引导,教学的

难度不宜难,要给他们最直观的感受。

直观教学法。通过展示不同特征的人或物的差异,让学生感知到相关的信息,引导学生用所学知识点来描述。

任务型教学法。即按学生需要取材,由内容决定形式以及以任务,以完成任务为动力。

3 . 情景教学法。充分发挥教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用,为学

生进行交际创设更多生动活泼的语言环境,把学生吸引到活动中去,

并激发他们主动参与学习的欲望。

引导发现法。

 引导学生自主发现语法规律, 提高自主学习的能力和机会。

四、学法:

让学生抓住重点,充分感知,积极体验,大胆实践。

积极参于,善于合作。例如,本课设计了几个任务,学生一定很感兴趣并且积极地参与其中,从而合作完成任务,培养了团队精神。

.自主探索,积极思考,充分意识到自己是学习的主体。

五、教学过程

Step 1Greeting

Step 1 Revision

1.Ask the students to come to the front of the classroom and other students describe their differences in height or weight

2.List some things and lead the students to make sentences with the comparative degree .

Step 3 learn new words

1.Learn new words:competition 、 fantastic 、 which

clearly 、 win 、 though.

2.The students read the words loudly together and try their

best to recite the words. Step4 Presentation

students to make sentences.Apple A is bigger than apple B.Apple B is smaller than apple A.

2.PPT2show two persons,one is Liu Xiang,the other one is

Yao Ming.lead students to make sentences.Liu Xiang A is shorter than Yao Ming.Yao Ming is taller than Liu Xiang.

3.PPT3show two persons,one is Yang Mi ,the other one is Liu

Yifei.lead students to make sentences.Liu Yifei has longer hair than YangMi.

4.PPT4show two persons,one is Zhao Benshan ,the other one is Xiao henyang.lead students to make sentences.Zhao Benshan is funnier than Xiao Shenyang.

Junyi.lead students to make sentences.XieNa is more

outgoing than Shui Junyi. Shui Junyi is more serious

than XieNa .

Step8 2d Role-play the conversations

1.Let the students read the chart and find out the differences between Sam and Tom.

2.Explain the comparatives of the adjectives:

3.Let the students have five minutes for the students to

recite the statements.

4.Role-play the conversation in pairs.
