In my opinion, it means put you in an English only environment. They will gradually perform English thinking and learn English easier and happily. We learn our mother tongue in this way. 4， Why do you choose Rise? Environment,(give some examples), The way to learn English (different from traditional way), The way of the class(students needn’t always sit down well, but we also have some rules),Students can develop some good habits which are good for their future. 5， If a baby is crying in the classroom, what will you do? Ask for the reason and solve it simply(give some stickers or stars),praise ,still crying, take her/him out hug and comfort her, divert her attention(talk with her about some interesting things),after the class talk with her /him carefully. 6， How to teach a baby to sing a song Let them watch it by themselves carefully, make a model with TA, ask students to follow us, sing it together with the video.
