We, (fill in supplier’s company name下划线处写上供货商名) hereby declares that all specified components/material we supplied to Xxx are in full compliance with SONY technical standard (SS-00259) and EU Directive (2002/95/EC),the Restriction of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment(RoHS),with respect to the following substances and the updated exemption released by EU.
我司在此声明:所有供应给Xxx公司的部件/材料完全符合SONY技术标准和“电子电气设备特定有害物质禁用RoHS(2002/95/EC)指令”以及欧盟最新豁免项目.
As from the date of signature and chop, if the test result, conducted by Xxx and its customer or the consigned third-part test body, does not meet the above-mentioned requirements, we will undertake all of liability of law and counterclaim.
自保证书签字盖章之日起,若经Xxx及其客户或受委托的第三方测试机构的检测结果未能满足上述要求时,本公司愿意承担一切法律和赔偿责任.
The Guarantee Letter will come into effect from the date of signature and chop , and that not to change its legal effectiveness due to the organization’s variation or signature person’s resignation.
此份保证书自签字盖章之日起正式生效,不因组织内部的变更或签约人离职而改变其法律效力.
