质监单位：杭州市人防工程质量监督站
本工程位于杭州市江干区彭埠科技单元普福区块，建设内容为保障性住房，本工程共有地下车库及1#-10#楼十一个单体，其中10#楼为2层，1#-9#楼为17层。总建筑面积约72675.48平方米，地下室建筑面积：13085.48平方米，人防建筑面积4483.5平方米，其中人员掩蔽部共2948.7平方米，战时可掩蔽人员2948人。
本工程人防地下室属甲类二等人员掩蔽所，为平战结合人防工程，平时做为地下车库，战时转换为人防工程，划分为3个防护单元，分别为3个人防二等人员掩蔽部。抗力级别为防核武器 6级，防常规武器 6级，防化级别为丙级。本工程均为框架剪力墙结构，建筑抗震设防为六度，工程合理使用年限为50年，地下室防水等级为Ⅱ级，建筑耐火等级为一级。±0.000相当于黄海高程6.300m。

2、砌砖工程
本工程人防地下室采用MU10烧结页岩多孔砖，M7.5干混砂浆砌筑。
三、质量控制：
1、原材料质量控制
对所有进场的钢材在卸货前，首先检查外观质量，核对相关质量保证书，按批号进行力学试验，烧结页岩多孔砖每5万块复试一次，各品种原材料，均有监理旁站取样，封样后送检，复试合格后投入使用。
2、施工工程质量控制
1）土石方工程：土方采用机械开挖人工修土，开挖前编制土方开挖专项施工方案，方案经过专家论证后，严格按方案、规范及专家组意见执行。人防地下室共进行了3次地基验槽，土质情况符合地质报告，基坑轴线、标高满足设计要求。
2）混凝土结构工程:
模板工程采用扣件钢管脚手架和木模板支撑系统。周转材料提前准备，按木工翻样、施工进度配齐需用量。使用后及时清理、保持模板板面平整、清洁，并涂刷脱模油后重新使用。模板安装按轴线、标高控制，整体稳定、牢固，梁侧模板较高时增设Φ12mm的对穿螺栓进行加固，防止侧模变形，同时严格按规范要求控制梁板拆模时间。整个结构施工过程中未出现严重的炸模等现象。结构截面尺寸、位置、标高经实测均符合设计及验收规范。
钢筋绑扎、焊接工程主要从以下四个方面控制：一是严把钢材原材料质量和原材料复试关；二是保证钢筋制作加工质量；三是确保钢筋绑扎质量；四是砼浇捣前后，保证钢筋骨架整齐、防止人为踩乱，影响钢筋整体质量。
混凝土工程在浇捣时，控制振捣时间，振捣时间不宜过长，易引起裂缝；欠振易出现蜂窝、麻面等质量弊病。每次浇筑前清理基层，浇水湿润，施工缝处用1：2水泥砂浆套浆。砼浇捣前，明确施工流程和各自职责，整个浇筑过程由值班施工员现场指挥、统一协调劳动力，同时派木工、钢筋工看守。浇捣完毕，及时保养。

各施工部位根据设计要求按规定留置试块，所有抗压试块强度经数理统计合格，抗渗试块全部到达抗渗要求。
4)砌砖工程：
为确保墙体的质量，保证砂浆饱满度，砌筑前1～2天，对砖浇水湿润，拉结筋2C6，每500mm-600mm设一道，经浙江求是工程检测有限公司复试合格。按要求设置皮数杆，拉线控制砖墙的垂直度，平整度及水平灰缝，严禁干砖砌筑。造成砂浆饱满度不够及粘结率下降。砂浆拌制时严格按设计配合比计量拌制，按规范要求留制试件。
5)安装工程：
本工程用于地下室部位安装材料焊接钢管,镀锌钢管，钢板等质保资料齐全,证书有效。
电气、给排水暖通套管隐蔽工程验收记录：电气隐蔽3份，人防设备接地隐蔽3份，给排水隐蔽3份，人防通风套管隐蔽3份。资料齐全。
