关於产品中不使用有害物质保证书(REACH)(2)

关于产品符合REACH法规的保证书

根据欧盟REACH(EC) NO. 1907/2006条例的规定，从2008年12月1日起，出口到欧盟国家的产品必须符合REACH法规及SVHC要求，否则，将面临被召回或撤出欧洲市场的风险，同时可能会遭到欧盟国家的索赔及承担相关的法律责任。因此，本公司（包括本公司的子公司，其它各有关公司）保证所有供给直接或通过第三方向深圳康冠科技集团有限公司（包括其附属所有子公司）的产品(包括但不限于产品本身、附件、包装材料，以及和产品同时交付的其他材料)之中的SVHC物质含量不超过限制值要求（单项物质浓度<0.1%），因REACH SVHC高关注物质欧盟处于不断的更新之中，当有新标准要求出台时将以欧盟官方最新标准为准。如果违反了REACH法规标准，由此所造成的一切后果由本公司承担（包括但不限因此遭受的罚金、处理事故的花费以及因此受到的损失）。
